I hope I don't make this review too long, the thing is I have so many great things to say about this man, it may be difficult to stop. If you arrived to his page, you're probably in a tough spot with immigration as I was 3 years ago. I was facing deportation proceedings with a 2-month deadline.
I sought legal consultation from 8 lawyers, from Irvine to Los Angeles. I chose Nick, primarily because all the lawyers including Nick mentioned my case was almost a lost cause. What differentiated Nick from everyone else was his kind and stern words since the beginning, "you've already lost since you left the immigration appointment, all you have left now is to try to win, with this one slight opportunity they gave you." Everyone else I saw did not promise anything and made it very clear that their primary concern was their money, rather than my case.
I know we all work for a paycheck but most lawyers have their best interests at heart not their clients, and with Nick it was different. He sent me to the appropriate places to obtain necessary documents, worked with my deadline, stayed on top of my process and was soooo easy to get a hold of via text, email, or call at office or cell. Today three years later, not only did I not get deported I am a US Citizen. I can't thank him enough for all that he did for me.
Since then I have sent over 15 people to see him, and all have been very successful with their cases. He doesn't charge for a consultation and he is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him for all your immigration needs.
